Water

To obtain water and sewer service, an application (pdf) must be completed. Both owners and tenants must pay a $15 non-refundable service charge. In addition, residential tenants must pay a $100 deposit ($115 total).

 

To transfer service, you must also complete the application (pdf) and submit the service charge if buying, or service charge and deposit if renting. Be sure to include your previous address and the date you want the water turned off at that location near the bottom of the application. If you were renting at your previous address, the deposit you paid will be applied to the final bill at that address, and Water Resources will send a refund check for the remainder to your new address.
